A disciplinary panel of the FAW met on Tuesday afternoon to consider a claim or wrongful dismissal for serious foul play against Cardiff City defender and Captain Darren Purse.

Following the panel, the FAW have confirmed that they have overturned the red card that was shown to Darren at Turf Moor versus Burnley.

This as a result means that the standard three match suspension has been withdrawn and that Darren is available for selection this Sunday against Barnsley at Ninian Park, kick-off at 2pm.
