We have received a large amount of postal applications for our forthcoming F.A. Cup Final fixture against Portsmouth at Wembley on May 17th. Please not the closing date for postal applications is Friday 25th of April at 5pm.

The ticket office will be closed on Saturday 26th of April to start to process the postal applications.

If you have sent in your application please note that your tickets will be processed and you will receive them by the very latest Friday 9th of May they will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you have any queries then please contact us after this date as you will receive your tickets by this time.

POSTAL APPLICATIONS

  • Initially tickets will be sold to all of the above categories via postal applications only using an Official FA Cup Final Booking Form which can be downloaded from the Club Official Website (www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk) from Friday 18th April, or collected in person at the Club Ticket Office, Club Shop or the Official Store at 5 Central Square, Cardiff CF10 1EP again from Friday 18th April.
  • Postal applications will be accepted from Friday 18th April until Friday 25th April.
  • Please note that postal applications are only invited from people wishing to pay by credit/debit card and will be processed in priority order on a best available seat basis.

Please note that all the above categories are guaranteed tickets.

Ticket prices are listed below and all tickets purchased by credit/debit card will incur a £2.50 booking charge (per ticket).Tickets posted will also incur a one-off £5.00 special delivery charge per complete transaction (where applicable):

· CATEGORY 2 £80

· CATEGORY 3 £60

· CATEGORY 4 £35

Concessions are available to children aged 16 and under, Senior Citizens aged 60 and over and students holding a valid NUS card. Concessions are charged at a £10.00 discount to the published prices above.

PERSONAL APPLICATIONS

Tickets will then be sold to personal applicants only from the Club Ticket Office. Please note that no tickets will be available to purchase online or via the telephone.

To avoid unnecessary queuing, we will sell tickets on a stand by stand basis on the dates listed below.07/08 Ambassadors will have priority days in areas of the ground as follows:

  • Mon 28thApril -Wed 30th April - 07/08 Ambassadors in the Main Grandstand
  • Thur 1st May -Sat 3rd May - 07/08 Ambassadors in Bob Bank Seating & Family Stand
  • Mon 5th May -Wed 7th May - 07/08 Ambassadors in Bob Bank Terrace/Grange End Terrace
  • Thur 8thMay - Sat 10th May - 07/08 Season Ticket Holders (Non-Ambassadors) & New 08/09 Ambassadors
  • Monday 13th May - Away Travel Members on a first come first served basis subject to availability

The Ticket Office will be open from 9.00am to 5.00pm on the above dates.

TO ENSURE A PROMPT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE IT IS IMPORTANT THAT CUSTOMERS ADHERE TO THE SELLING POLICY ABOVE AND HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP CARD OR FAN NUMBER WITH THEM WHEN PURCHASING THEIR TICKET(S). THIS WILL ENABLE US TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS AND SERVE MORE PEOPLE DURING THE DAY.
