DAVE'S VIEW: FOXES
Following the 1-0 defeat to Leicester, Cardiff boss Dave Jones gave his post match comments.
"I thought it was a poor game and the goal summed up our day. It was a bad, bad goal to give away and it seemed to get worse from there.
"We pride ourselves on being a passing team and today we couldn't pass water. Nothing seemed to go right for us and as a said at half-time you've got to go out and try to work your way out of it.
"When things are not working out for you then you have to keep trying at it and you keep going. A lot of things didn't come off for people today but you've got to keep trying.
"For our part we have a really good week in training with good play and then we go and put out a performance like that. Our players don't mean to go out and not play well but nothing seemed to work out for us, passes seemed to go short and basically the goal summed up the day for me because it was a poor goal to give away.
"You sometimes get games like that but what you do is you never stop running and you keep trying to get something from the game.
"Even when we did get the odd half chance we smashed it across or we didn't get a shot away. That's the frustrating thing about it because the players are better than that. I don't think that anyone who played today can take anything away from this game."
