• Package 'A' - Pre match coaching - 16 players & 2 staff only on pitch. Tickets for match & half time game.
• Package 'B' - Pre match coaching & tickets.

Package 'A' & 'B'

• All pre match coaching will take play at the Gol Centre

• Arrive at your venue a minimum of 15 minutes before the start of your session.
• Cardiff City Football in the Community coaching staff will meet you.
• Coaching session will last for 1 hour.
• Following the session, Cardiff City Football in the Community member of staff will allocate your tickets.

Please note that you will now be required to pay for the tickets and no further allocation or deduction of tickets will be possible at this time.

Package 'A' & 'B'

• Group leader and Cardiff City Football in the Community member of staff will take the whole group over to Ninian Park and seat them inside the stadium at least 45 minutes prior to kick off. The group will be a maximum of 50 people.
• During the match all members of the party will behave in an appropriate manner in accordance with Cardiff City Football Club rules and regulations.

Package 'A' only

• Prior to the end of the 1^st half of the match a Cardiff City Football in the Community member of staff will meet your group leader in order to explain entry to the pitch side.
• An official photograph of the players from the group who are participating in the half time game will be taken at the side of the pitch.
• The team will play the half time game under the supervision of Cardiff City Football in the Community staff.
• After the game all players will do a half lap of honour around the pitch and return back to their seats.
• The pitch must be clear at least 4 minutes before the 2^nd half begins.
• Group watch the 2^nd half of the match.

Package 'A' & 'B'

• At the end of the match a Cardiff City Football in the Community member of staff will check in with the group leader before the group disperse.
