The new season is almost here, meaning that we'll be seeing some new faces on the pitch at Ninian Park as the quest for the Premiership kicks off.

One of the faces will be none other than our brand new mascot who will fly in to launch our new amazing CITY KIDS membership. He's our very own Cardiff City superhero.

He's a local lad with amazing powers, who loves nothing more than following Cardiff City and playing football - and we want our young supporters to help us name him before the season gets underway.

We currently have a shortlist of names which we have taken to some local schools to gather their thoughts.

The options available are:

1. Grange Ed

2. Ninian Nicky

3. Bartley Blue

We would like you to vote on your favourite by email and would also love to welcome your suggestions on other names, so get thinking and get your emails in NOW.

Send in your votes and suggestions to citykids@cardiffcityfc.co.uk as soon as you can. We will reveal the winning name next week.
